Todays pose is Side crow pose.i.e. Parsva Bakasana. This pose strengthens the arms, wrists, shoulders, abdominal muscles and spine. It stretches the upper back and groins while improving the flexibility throughtout the spine and lower back. This pose gives twist to your abdominal area hence it massages the abdominal organs which improves digestion and detoxification. It increases body awareness, self confidence and physical coordination. This pose needs strong mental focus which improves the ability to concentrate and sence of balance.
