Throwing it back to the weekend (already) so I can get pumped up about this week's work. I hit 4 PRs over the weekend! 1) front squat 125# 2) 35# kettle bell swings 3) 28 double-unders unbroken 4) 85# push press 🤗 And I may have taken 10 seconds to run 100 m with a sandbag on my shoulders?🤔🤷‍♀️ It was a big weekend and not every week or weekend will be full of PRs. I really feel that changing up how I fuel my body has made the difference. And that I keep pushing to get better at certain things even if I HATE them. (Like assault bikes, am I right??) Repetitive actions over time provide change. And really understanding my body. Let your struggle be your motivation. As odd as that sounds. If you aren't skilled at something, aren't fast, aren't strong enough, etc, it doesn't mean you should give up. Keep going and keep trying! Don't stop pushing yourself. No matter what your struggle/goal is! Over time there HAS to be change. Continue to be a work in progress. Don't. Give. Up.

Voilà ma tête pendant tout le week-end. Ça n’a pas été facile mais j’ai gardé le sourire à chaque wod malgré la difficulté. Je termine à la dernière place mais j’ai appris tellement pendant ces deux jours. Je n’ai pas encore le niveau comparé aux autres filles mais je peux dire que je suis fière de ce que j’ai fait !
